Every project that falls under the MahaRERA threshold is registered before we accept a single booking, and the registration number is shared with you in writing along with the project file.
Yes. Our projects are approved with leading nationalised and private banks, and our team prepares and follows through on the entire loan file with you at no extra charge.
Absolutely. Our NA layouts come with sanctioned plans so you can build whenever you choose — and if you would like us to build it, our turnkey construction team can take it from drawing to handover.
A large share of our buyers are working outside the district. We share site photographs and progress updates over WhatsApp, and can arrange video site walkthroughs and remote documentation.
Every booked customer receives a monthly progress update with dated photographs, and you are welcome at the site any working day.
