I started on site, not behind a desk. What I saw was that families here were asked to accept less — thinner walls, vague paperwork, handover dates that moved every few months. Kawinna Properties exists to prove that a builder in Beed can work to the same standard as one in any metro, and still look every customer in the eye.

The first contract
Jayesh Kawinna takes on individual residential construction contracts across Beed, building a reputation on finish quality and honest billing.
Kawinna Properties founded
The contracting practice becomes a development company, with the first in-house plotted layout sanctioned and sold out within a year.
First gated layout
A fully serviced NA layout with tar roads, drainage and street lighting sets the infrastructure benchmark we still build to.
Kawinna Residency handed over
Our first apartment project is delivered ahead of the committed date — 48 families move in.
Into commercial
Kawinna Arcade opens on Beed's main market stretch, extending the practice from homes into retail and office space.
The next chapter
Two new launches, an expanded in-house engineering team and a target of 1,000 families housed by 2030.
